Houston Belt & Terminal FCU is closely monitoring ongoing developments regarding the Coronavirus as well as the overall impact to the economy. Our top priority is to help keep our employees and members safe and well informed while continuing to deliver the best service possible. We are taking necessary precautions and are following the established guidelines recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Federal, State and local authorities.
Given the current concerns regarding the Coronavirus we are reducing our face to face services in an effort to do our part to keep staff and members as safe as possible. Effective Thursday March 19, 2020 and until further notice, Houston Belt & Terminal FCU lobby will not be available to members. Our hours of operation will be from 9:00 am to 12:00 noon Monday thru Friday. We will still be able to mail out check withdrawals daily as well as other customer service requests. Messages will be checked multiple times daily. Members can conduct almost every transaction with the credit union using our mobile app and online banking It’sMe247. New accounts for potential members, loan applications, transfers between accounts and check withdrawals can all be done remotely.
